PROJECT OVERVIEW
Foreshore was a rare opportunity on Brisbane’s bayside suburb of Victoria Point. With its stunning location and only 13 homesites available, the brand had to reflect this highly exclusive offering.
A series of sailing images were used to anchor the brand with the aquatic theme, which were applied to a sophisticated suite of materials including brochures and the website. To complete the package, a comprehensive marketing strategy helped establish this project with a strong position in the local market. A combination of online advertising and letterbox mailouts were utilised in a highly targeted campaign.
